AHA Certified instructor, Jeff Forseth, brings a valuable skill set exclusively to Inland Sea Kayakers members: CPR w/AED.
Provide that extra layer of safety to your family and friends by becoming certified in the skill of CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation).
In this course we will learn the skills of CPR for adults, children and infants, plus how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED - a device to help restart a heart that has stopped beating). This hands-on course focuses on CPR, AED, and choking.
Certification Card will be awarded upon successful completion.
